Important Information for the 2012-2013 School Year

Students Will Return To School On Monday August 6^th. This Will Be A Full Day of Instruction For Students.

In addition, All Students 1^st – 5^th, Are Required To Attend (1) Of the Evening Open House/Registration Events. Kindergarten students will be notified as to when they will attend.

Students With Last Names Beginning With A – L Will Attend on Tuesday July 31^st.

3pm – 4pm Last Names Beginning with A - D

4pm – 5pm Last Names Beginning with E - H

5pm – 6pm Last Names Beginning with I - L

Students With Last Names Beginning With M – Z Will Attend on Thursday August 2nd.^NOTE:DATE CHANGE ^

3pm – 4pm Last Names Beginning with M – Q                                    

4pm – 5pm Last Names Beginning with R – T

5pm – 6pm Last Names Beginning with U – Z

**In order to keep lines at a minimum, please make every attempt to attend on your scheduled date a time. We understand that some may have to come during a different date and time due to work schedules.

All students (K-5^th Grade) will be required to provide proof of residency. New and existing students will be asked to provide:

1. Drivers License with Current Address

2. (2) Utility Bills with Current Address (must be dated June or July 2012)

**In addition, a Voter Registration Card with your current address may be required to prove residency**

**If You Are A New Student To Sumner County, Or To SCE, Please Make Plans To Attend This Registration Event**  

 New Student Infomation   

     Documents necessary for enrollment:

1.  Driver's license with current address (students will not be able to start without this)
2.  Updated TN Immunization Record(students will not be able to start without this)
3.  2 utility bills (proof of residence)
4. Voter Registration Card with current address (when applicable)
5.  Custody papers, if applicable
