End of Year Medication Information
If your student has or will receive medication during their school day please make note, all medications (prescription and non-prescription) MUST be picked up by a parent, guardian or parent-designated adult, by the last full day of instruction, and/or if the child transfers to another school. The school is unable to properly store medications over the summer. Medications that remain in the school clinic will be disposed of after dismissal, on the last full instructional day of school, May 22, 2019. Should you have any questions, please contact your school nurse.
Please do not send any medications with your child to school.
